Custom Order Process

Are you interested in ordering a special piece of furniture? Wondering about how much it will cost? Please email us any information, or inspiration photos regarding what you’re looking to have made. We will get back to you with pricing, building timeframe, & design renderings in as soon as possible.

We work alongside our clients in every step of the build to ensure you’re getting what you want. Once we reach an agreement on the project, a 40% initial downpayment is required.

The first step in our custom order process is selecting wood material, and other custom details required for your specific project Ex: Wood slabs, table legs, epoxy style. From here, we take over the process while we build your piece. depending on the project, you’ll typically wait between 2-4 weeks until completion. Delivery & installation is included in all furniture quotes.

Upon delivery, we square up the remaining balance & provide instructions regarding care & cleaning of your new custom piece of furniture! For items being shipped we provide photos and videos of the product before final payment is required.
